妇科消炎方联合硝呋太尔制霉素治疗老年霉菌性阴道炎的临床疗效

摘要

目的 分析妇科消炎方联合硝呋太尔制霉素治疗老年霉菌性阴道炎的临床疗效.方法 选取100例老年霉菌性阴道炎患者作为观察对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组50例.对照组使用单药硝呋太尔制霉素治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加入妇科消炎方.观察2组患者的临床疗效,并比较2组患者治疗前后炎症因子如肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、白细胞介素8(IL-8),氧化应激产物如超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、一氧化氮(NO)、丙二醛(MDA)、内皮素1(ET-1)变化.结果 观察组与对照组的治疗有效率分别为96.0%和80.0%,观察组的临床疗效要高于对照组(P<0.05).2组患者治疗前后各炎症因子指标比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但观察组治疗后各炎症因子水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,2组患者治疗后SOD、NO水平明显增长(P<0.05),而MDA、ET-1水平明显下降(P<0.05),观察组治疗后SOD、NO高于对照组(P<0.05),且MDA、ET-1低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 妇科消炎方联合硝呋太尔制霉素在老年霉菌性阴道炎的临床治疗中具有较好的应用效果,能够有效缓解患者的炎症反应,降低氧化应激产物水平,从而改善患者的生活质量.%Objective To analyze the effect of Fuke Xiaoyan prescription combined with nifuratel and nysfungin in senile mycotic vaginitis. Methods 100 patients with senile mycotic vaginitis were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group ,50 cases in each group.The control group were treated with nifuratil nystatin alone.The observation group were treated with Fuke Xiaoyan prescription.The inflammatory factors of tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α), C-reactive protein (CRP), interleukin-6 (IL-6) and interleukin-8 (IL-8) and oxidative stress products of SOD, nitric oxide (NO), malondialdehyde (MDA) and endothelin-1 (ET-1) were determined before and after treatment in the two groups.Results The effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 96.0% and 80.0% respectively.The clinical efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group ( P<0.05 ) .The difference of the inflammatory factors between the two groups was statistically significant ( P<0.05 ) .The levels of SOD and NO in the two groups were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05), but the levels of the inflammatory factors in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group ( P<0.05 ) .The levels of MDA and ET-1 in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Fuke Xiaoyan prescription combined with nifuratil and nystatin has a good effect in the treatment of senile mycotic vaginitis.It can effectively relieve the inflammatory reaction and reduce the level of oxidative stress products , thus improving the patients'life quality.
