迷走神经刺激术(VNS)目前已被美国FDA认定为时多种疾病的有效补充替代疗法,然而诸多问题的存在妨碍了这一疗法的普及应用.针对VNS疗法4种适应证展开的参照性研究结果表明,耳甲部电针刺激术可取得与VNS基本相当的疗效,同时又具有安全、经济、便携等优势.2种疗法疗效相当基于相联系的迷走神经通路机制,但电刺激耳甲区效应并非局限于耳迷走神经通路机制.本文基于中医整体观念进行辨证分析,揭示其多通路间系统性效应联系.%Vagus nervous stimulation has been recognized as effectively complement replacement therapy to several diseases by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), however, some problems prevent its universal application. Therapeutic effects of electric acupuncture on auricular concha on some related diseases are considerable compared to the effect of VNS,and safe, economic, portable, etc. The similar therapeutic effect is due to common vagus nervous pathway mechanism, while the therapeutic effect mechanism of electric acupuncture on auricular concha is not limited in it. Discriminated systematically analysis based on TCM concept of wholism can disclose the multi-pathway systematic effect relationship.
