细辛、干姜配伍对COPD寒饮蕴肺证大鼠模型的相关性研究

     

摘要

To observe the effeetion of compatibility of asarum .rhizoma zingiberis on temperature,lung function、L- 2、 IL-8、TNF-arat modelwith syndrome of accumulationof cold fluid in the lung . Methods :50 SD rats were randomized into a blank group, a model group of with syndrome of accumulationof cold fluid in the lung,a asarum groups, a rhizoma zingiberis groups,a compatibility of asarum ,rhizoma zingiberis groups, each 10 rats, the rat model with syndrome of accumulationof cold fluid in the lung were made by smudging,drip into the lipopolysaccharide in trachea and frozen factors and so on. Aftcrthc and of experiment, the temperature, lung function, L-2, IL-8, TNF-were compared in each groups. Results : Compared with control group, the model rats temperature of body were decreased ( P < 0. 05 ) ; compared with the model group,the treatment rats temperature of body were improved( P < 0. 05) ;compared with control group, the model rats lung function were decreased(P <0. 05) );compared with the model group,the lung function of treatment rats were improved(P < 0.05) jcompared with control group,the model rats TNF-a,IL-8 were rised,IL-2 were decreasd(P <0.05) ;compared with the model group,the TNF-a、IL-8 were decreasd, 1L-2 of treatment rats were rised(P <0.05). Conclusion:The compatibility of asarum,rhizoma zingiberis could decrease the TNF-a、IL-8,rise IL-2,improved the lung function,relieve the inflammatory mediators of COPD, delay or breakthe development of COPD.%目的:观察细辛、干姜配伍对COPD寒饮蕴肺证大鼠体温、肺功能、IL-2、IL-8、TNF-a的影响.方法:50只SD大鼠随机分为空白组、COPD寒饮蕴肺证模型组、细辛组、干姜组、细辛干姜配伍组,每组各10只,采用烟熏加气管内滴入脂多糖联合冷冻等因素复制COPD寒饮蕴肺证动物模型.实验结束后,对各组大鼠体温、肺功能及血清IL-2、IL-8、TNF-a含量进行比较.结果:与空白组相比.模型组大鼠体温明显下降(P<0.05).与模型组相比,各治疗组可改善大鼠体温(P<0.05);与空白组相比,模型组大鼠肺功能明显下降(P<0.05).与模型组相比,各治疗组可改善大鼠肺功能(P<0.05);与空白组比较,模型组大鼠TNF-a、IL-8含量明显升高、IL-2含量明显下降(P<0.05);与模型组相比,各治疗组TNF-a、IL-8含量明显下降;IL-2明显升高(P<0.05).结论:细辛、干姜配伍能降低COPD寒饮蕴肺证大鼠TNF-a、IL-8,升高IL-2含量,改善肺功能,减轻COPD气道炎症,延缓或打断COPD的发展.
