目的:观察电针对开颅患者围手术期中医症状学的影响.方法:120例随机分为3组,每组40例.3组均维持吸入麻醉.A组为全麻组,B组为远端穴电针组,C组为近端穴电针组.记录手术前后3组间中医症状的变化情况.结果:术前组间比较均无显著性差异(P＞0.05)；术后组间比较部分症状上有显著性差异(P＜0.05),B组改善最优,C组次之,A组最差.结论:对开颅术患者进行电针复合吸入麻醉,可减少术后并发症,改善术后部分症状,且远端穴组比近端穴组优.%Objective: To observe the effect of electroacupuncture( EA) on TCM symptoms of Peri-Operation Period of Craniotomy patients. Methods: 120 cases were randomly divided into three groups, 40 cases in each. All the patients were anesthetized with 2% Sevoflurane. Group A received general anesthesia, Croup B were anesthetized with EA-distant acupoints, Croup C were anesthetized with EA-promimal acupoints. The TCM symptoms among the three groups observed before and after operation were recorded. Results: Before operation, no significant differences of were observed in three groups( P > 0. 05) ; but after operation, there were significant differences ( P < 0. 05) , the group B improved postoperative complications better than the group C and A. Conclusion: The electroacupuncture combined sevoflurane anesthesia in patients undergoing resection of supratentorial tumor could reduce the postoperative complications, and improve some postoperative symptoms, the EA-DA group was better than the EA-PA group.
