目的:探讨当归散及其拆方对低客受性子宫内膜PR和整合素β3表达的影响.方法:采用曲普瑞林注射制备小鼠模型,预防性给予受试液,于排卵后24h和48h测定子宫内膜中PR、整合素β3水平.结果:(1)PR的表达:48h时当归散组和归-芩组的PR表达明显上调,达到正常组水平(P>0.05);(2)整合素β3的表达:而当归散组和当归黄芩组整合素β3在2个时间点表达无显著差异,与正常组比较差异不显著(P>0.05).结论:当归散和当归-黄芩能抑制曲普瑞林引起的PP过早下调,抑制整合素β3的提前表达,改善子宫内膜客受性.%Objective: To examine the effects of DGS on the expressions of PR and Integrin β3 in mice with low endometrial receptivity induced by COH. Methods: The mice were treated by long-teim COH with Triptorelin, and fed with the water solutions of Danggui Powder ( DGS ) , Danggui-Huangqin ( GQ ) and Chuanxiong- Baishao-Baizhu ( QGQ ) simultaneously. The expressions of PR and Integrin β3 in the endometrium were detected 24 and 48 hours after ovulation respectively. Results: ( 1) To 48 hours, the PR expression of Group DGS and Group GQ were significantly increased, and reached the control level(p >0.05). (2) Expression of Integrin p3: No significant increase was observed for either control group or Group DGS relative to that of 24hr and 48hr, and it was no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusions: DGS and GQ could inhibit the decrease of PR expression induced by COH, thereby inhibiting the Integrin β3 over-expression in the endometrium, in order to improve the endometrial receptivity.
