“清肺止咳化痰汤”治疗急性气管一支气管炎及慢性支气管炎急性发作149例临床研究

摘要

目的:观察“清肺止咳化痰汤”对急性气管-支气管炎及慢性支气管炎急性发作的疗效.方法:将观察对象随机分为2组,治疗组给予“清肺止咳化痰汤”煎剂每日1剂,每日2次;对照组给予“急支糖浆”每日3次,每次30 ml.急性气管-支气管炎l周为1个疗程,慢性支气管炎急性发作2周为1个疗程,观察两药的综合疗效以及对咳嗽、咳痰的疗效.结果:对急性气管-支气管炎的治疗,“清肺止咳化痰汤”组临床总有效率及对咳嗽的临床有效率均为94.0％,其中对咳痰的临床有效率为95.2％,对照组“急支糖浆”组临床总有效率及对咳嗽的临床有效率均为92.5％,其中对咳痰的临床有效率为90.0％.“清肺止咳化痰汤”组在对咳痰的治疗上明显优于“急支糖浆”组,差异有统计学意义.对慢性支气管炎急性发作的治疗,“清肺止咳化痰汤”组临床总有效率及对咳嗽和咳痰的临床有效率均为93.8％.对照组“急支糖浆”组临床总有效率及对咳痰的临床有效率均为89.5％,其中对咳嗽的临床有效率为92.1％.在综合疗效和咳痰的治疗方面,“清肺止咳化痰汤”组明显好于“急支糖浆”组,有统计学意义.结论:“清肺止咳化痰汤”疗效明确,在急性气管-支气管炎咳痰的治疗及慢性支气管炎急性发作的综合疗效和咳痰治疗上,均明显优于“急支糖浆”,差异有统计学意义.%Objective:The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of Qingfei Zhike Huatan Decoction on the 149 patients suffering from acute tracheal bronchitis or chronic bronchitis.Methods:227 patients were divided randomly into treatment group and control group.Qingfei Zhike Huatan Decoction was given to the patients of treatment group,boiling a pack a day,twice a day.Jizhi Syrup was given to the patients of control group,each 30 ml,3 times a day.Those whom suffered from acute tracheal bronchitis received one-week treatment while those whom suffered from chronic bronchitis received two weeks treatment.Therapeutic evaluation was based on recovery of a cough and sputum.Results The curative effect of Qingfei Zhike Huatan Decoction on acute tracheobronchitis showed that the clinical total effective rate and the clinical effective rate of cough was 94.0％,the clinical effective rate of sputum was 95.2％.The curative effect of Jizhi Syrup on acute tracheobronchitis showed that the clinical total effective rate and the clinical effective rate of cough was 92.5％,the clinical effective rate of sputum was 90.0％.The curative effect on sputum in the trial group was more significant.The curative effect of Qingfei Zhike Huatan Decoction on the acute stage of chronic bronchitis showed that the clinical total effective rate and the clinical effective rate of cough and sputum was93.8％.The curative effect of Jizhi Syrup on the acute stage of chronic bronchitis showed that the clinical total effective rate and the clinical effective rate of sputum was 89.5％,the clinical effective rate of cough was 92.1％.The curative effect on comprehensive therapeutic efficacy and sputum in the trial group was more significant.Conclusions:Qingfei Zhike Huatan Decoction have a good therapeutic effect.The curative effect on sputum and on comprehensive therapeutic efficacy of the acute stage of chronic bronchitis has a significant therapeutic effect.
