蛋氨酸锌和维生素A对断奶仔猪生长性能及小肠前段肠道功能的影响

         

摘要

The object of this experiment was to investigate the effects of zinc methionine and vitamin A on growth performance and intestinal function of small intestinal front section of weaned piglets.A repetitive factorial design with two factors and three levels was used.A total of 81 "Duroc×Landrace×Large White" threeway hybrid piglets with a similar weaning weight of (7.22±0.61) kg at the age of 28 days were selected and randomly divided into 9 groups with 3 replicates in each group and 3 piglets in each replicate.Piglets were fed mixed diets containing 0, 300 or 400 mg/kg of zinc methionine and 0, 3 000 or 6 000 IU/kg of vitamin A, respectively.The experiment lasted for 21 days.The results showed as follows:1) dietary supplementation of vitamin A alone significantly increased the average daily gain (P<0.05) and significantly decreased the ratio of feed to weight (P<0.05) .Diets supplemented with zinc methionine alone significantly increased the average daily gain (P<0.05) , but had no significant effect on the ratio of feed to weight (P>0.05) , and the interaction effects of zinc methionine and vitamin A had significant effects on average daily gain of piglets (P<0.05) .2) Dietary supplementation of zinc methionine and vitamin A significantly reduced the crypt depth of small intestine and increased the width and height of villus in weaned piglets (P<0.05) , and the interaction effect was more significant (P<0.05) .Dietary zinc methionine or vitamin A alone significantly increased intestinal disaccharide activities (P<0.05) , and the interaction effect was even more pronounced (P<0.05) .In conclusion, the results suggest that dietary zinc methionine at 400 mg/kg and vitamin A at 6 000 IU/kg can achieve the best growth performance of weaned piglets, and the interaction has more significant effects on the average daily gain of piglets.Zinc methionine and vitamin A have significant effects on improving morphology of small intestinal front section and enhancing intestinal disaccharide activities of piglets.%本试验旨在研究蛋氨酸锌 (ZnMet) 和维生素A (VA) 对断奶仔猪生长性能及小肠前段肠道功能的影响.试验采用2因素3水平有重复析因设计, 选择81头28日龄断奶、体重[ (7.72±0.61) kg]相近的"杜×长×大"三元杂种仔猪, 随机分为9个组, 每组3个重复, 每个重复3头猪, 分别饲喂含0、300、400 mg/kg ZnM et及0、3 000、6 000 IU/kg VA的混合饲粮, 试验期为21 d.结果表明:1) 饲粮单独添加VA可显著提高仔猪平均日增重 (ADG) (P<0.05) 和显著降低料重比 (F/G) (P<0.05) ;饲粮单独添加ZnMet可显著提高仔猪ADG (P<0.05) , 但对F/G没有显著影响 (P>0.05) ;二者交互效应对仔猪ADG影响显著 (P<0.05) .2) 饲粮添加ZnMet和VA均使仔猪小肠隐窝深度显著降低 (P<0.05) , 小肠绒毛宽度和绒毛高度显著增加 (P<0.05) , 且两者互作效应显著 (P<0.05) .3) 饲粮单独添加ZnMet或VA均可显著提高小肠二糖酶活性 (P<0.05) , 两者互作效应影响显著 (P<0.05) .综上, 饲粮中添加400 mg/kg ZnMet和6 000 IU/kg VA时, 断奶仔猪生长性能达到最优效果, 两者互作效应对仔猪ADG影响更显著;ZnM et和VA对改善仔猪小肠前段形态及提高小肠二糖酶活性有显著作用.
