约氏乳杆菌对产蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质和免疫机能的影响

     

摘要

本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加约氏乳杆菌对产蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质和免疫机能的影响.试验选取体重和产蛋率相近的540只130日龄海兰褐产蛋鸡,随机分成6组(每组6个重复,每个重复15只):对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组饲喂在基础饲粮中分别添加1.0×104、1.0×105、1.0×106、1.0×107和1.0×l08 CFU/g约氏乳杆菌的试验饲粮,试验期24周(168 d).结果表明:1)饲粮中添加1.0×l05 CFU/g约氏乳杆菌可以在一定程度上改善产蛋鸡产蛋率、平均蛋重、平均日采食量和料蛋比,其中对试验17~24周时的料蛋比影响显著(P<0.05);2)饲粮中添加1.0×104~1.0×108 CFU/g约氏乳杆菌对产蛋鸡蛋壳强度、蛋白高度和哈氏单位均无显著影响(P>0.05),但能够显著提高鸡蛋的蛋黄颜色(P<0.05);3)仅饲粮中添加1.0×106 CFU/g约氏乳杆菌能够提高试验第35天时的血清新城疫抗体效价(P<0.01),但与添加1.0×105、1.0×10 7和1.0×l08 CFU/g约氏乳杆菌一样会降低试验第7天和第35天时的免疫球蛋白A水平(P<0.01),同时可提高试验第28天时的免疫球蛋白A水平(P<0.01).结果提示,饲粮中添加适量的约氏乳杆菌能够改善产蛋鸡的生产性能和蛋品质,调节机体的免疫功能.%This experiment was conducted to study the effects of dietary Lactobacillus johnsonni (L. johnson-ni) on performance, egg quality and immune function of laying hens. Five hundred and forty Hy-Line brown laying hens aged 130 days were randomly allocated into 6 groups with 6 replicates per group and 15 birds per replicate. Laying hens in control group were fed a basal diet, and those in trial groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 1.0 × 104, 1.0 × 105, 1.0 × 106, 1.0 × 107 and 1.0 × 108 CFU/g L. johnsoni, respectively. The experiment lasted for 24 weeks (168 days). The results showed as follows; 1) the laying rate, average egg weight, average daily feed intake and feed/egg in 1. 0 × 105 CFU/g L. johnsonii group were improved to a certain extent, in which feed/egg at 17 to 24 weeks of the experiment was significantly affected (P < 0.05) ; 2) dietary 1. 0 × 104 to 1. 0 × 108 CFU/g L. johnsonii significantly increased the yolk color (P < 0. 05) , but the shell strength, albumen height and Haugh unit were not significantly affected (P >0. 05) ; 3) only 1.0 × 106 CFU/g L. johnsonii significantly increased the antibody titer to Newcastle disease on day 35 (P <0. 01) , but reduced the IgA level on days 7 and 35 and increased IgA level on day 28 like the supplementation of 1. 0 × 105, 1. 0 × 107 and 1. 0 × 108 CFU/g L. johnsonii (P < 0. 01). It is concluded that dietary appropriate L. johnsonii can improve the performance and egg quality, and regulate the immunological function of laying hens.
