王不留行黄酮苷和葛根异黄酮对哺乳母猪泌乳性能及血清激素和抗氧化指标的影响

         

摘要

The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of vaccarin and puerain on lactation per⁃formance, serum hormone and antioxidant indexes of lactating sows. The trial used a 2×2 factorial random de⁃sign, the main effects were vaccarin (0, 2 g/kg), puerain (0, 2.5 g/kg) and the interaction between them, respectively. Twenty⁃four Landrace sows ( similar parity and due date) were selected and randomly divided into four groups ( control group, vaccarin group, puerain group and mixed group) and each group had six pigs. The pre⁃experimental period lasted for 7 days, and the experimental period lasted for 21 days. The results showed follows:1) the average daily feed intake of sows of mixed group was significantly higher than that of control group ( P<0.05) . Compare with control group, the average daily gain of all add groups at the second weeks had the trend of increasing, and the average daily gain in mixed group was significantly higher than that of control group ( P<0.05) . The content of insulin⁃like growth factor Ⅰ ( IGF⁃Ⅰ) in milk of all add groups was significantly higher than that of control group ( P<0.05) , and had significant difference among all groups ( P<0.05) . 2) The content of growth hormone at the 1st, 10th and 21st days, estrogen at the 21st days and prolactin at the 1st, 10th and 21st days in serum of mixed group were significantly higher than those of control group ( P<0.05) . 3) The serum glutathione peroxidase activity at the 10th and 21st days of all add groups was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05), and the serum malondialdehyde content at the 1st, 10th and 21st days was significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.05). The serum total superoxide dismutase activity at the 1st, 10th and 21st days of mixed group was significantly higher than that of control group ( P<0.05) . In conclusion, under this experimental condition, diet added with vaccarin and puerain in⁃crease the lactation of sows and the content of prolactin, growth hormone and the activity of total superoxide dismutase in serum. The lactation performance, serum hormone and antioxidant indexes of lactating sow are improved.%本试验旨在探讨王不留行黄酮苷和葛根异黄酮对哺乳母猪泌乳性能及血清激素和抗氧化指标的影响。试验采用2×2双因子随机设计,主效应分别为王不留行黄酮苷(0、2 g/kg)、葛根异黄酮(0、2.5 g/kg)及二者互作。选择胎次和预产期相近的经产长白母猪24头,随机分为4个组(对照组、王不留行黄酮苷组、葛根异黄酮组和混合组),每组6头猪。预试期7 d,正试期21 d。结果表明:1)混合组母猪平均日采食量显著高于对照组( P<0.05);与对照组相比,各添加组哺乳第2周仔猪平均日增重均有升高的趋势,混合组显著高于对照组( P<0.05)。各添加组常乳中胰岛素样生长因子I含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且各组间均差异显著(P<0.05)。2)混合组第1、10、21天血清中生长激素,第21天雌激素和第1、10、21天催乳素含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。3)各添加组第10、21天血清中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05),第10、21天血清中丙二醛含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。混合组第1、10、21天的血清中总超氧化物歧化酶活性显著高于对照组( P<0.05)。综上所述,在本试验条件下,添加王不留行黄酮苷和葛根异黄酮提高了母猪的泌乳量,血清中催乳素、生长激素含量及总超氧化物歧化酶活性,使母猪泌乳性能、血清激素和抗氧化指标得到提高。
