肉桂醛对奶牛尿中嘌呤衍生物排出量、产奶性能和氮排泄的影响

     

摘要

本试验旨在研究肉桂醛(CA)对奶牛尿中嘌呤衍生物排出量、产奶性能和氮排泄的影响.选用年龄、体重、胎次、产奶量、乳成分及泌乳期相近的荷斯坦奶牛40头,随机分成4个组,每组10头.对照组和试验1、2、3组分别在饲粮中添加0、12、18和24 g/(d·头)肉桂醛.预试期15 d,正试期60 d.结果表明:1)各试验组尿中嘌呤衍生物排出量均极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),试验1、2、3组分别比对照组提高了14.22%、17.62%、10.49%.2)各试验组产奶量均显著或极显著高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),试验1、2、3组分别比对照组提高了10.80%、12.15%、6.48%;试验1、2组的乳脂率均极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),各试验组乳蛋白率均极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),各试验组乳体细胞数均极显著低于对照组(P<0.01).3)各试验组氮总排泄量均极显著低于对照组(P<0.01),试验1、2、3组分别比对照组降低了9.76%、14.13%、7.39%.由此可知,在本试验条件下,综合考虑尿中嘌呤衍生物排出量、产奶量、乳成分含量以及氮总排泄量等指标,奶牛饲粮中肉桂醛的适宜添加量为18 g/(d·头).%This experiment was conducted to determine the effects of cinnamic aldehyde (CA) on purine derivatives excretion, milk performance and nitrogen excretion of dairy cows.Forty Holstein cows with similar age, body weight, parity, milk yield, milk composition and lactation stage were divided into 4 groups with 10 cows per group.The supplement levels of CA in control group and test groups 1, 2 and 3 were 0, 12, 18 and 24 g/(d·head), respectively.The pretest lasted for 15 days, and the test lasted for 60 days.The results showed as follows: 1) the urinary purine derivatives excretions in test groups were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.01), which in test groups 1, 2 and 3 were increased by 14.22%, 17.62% and 10.49% compared with the control group, respectively.2) The milk yields in test groups were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01), which in test groups 1, 2 and 3 were increased by 10.80%, 12.15% and 6.48% compared with the control group, respectively.The milk fat percentages in test groups 1 and 2 were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.01), the milk protein percentages in test groups were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.01), the milk somatic cell count in test groups were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.01).3) Compared with control group, the nitrogen total excretions in test groups were significantly reduced (P<0.01), which were reduced by 9.76%, 14.13% and 7.39% in test groups 1, 2 and 3, respectively.Base on the data of purine derivatives excretion, milk yield, milk composition content and nitrogen total excretion indices, it can be concluded that the suitable supplement level of CA is 18 g/(d·head) in the diet of dairy cows under the condition in the present study.
