复方玄驹胶囊联合消炎痛栓治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎疗效分析

摘要

目的：探讨复方玄驹胶囊联合消炎痛栓治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎的疗效。方法选择符合美国国立卫生院（NIH）诊断标准的216例Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者，分为2组对照研究。治疗组108例，合并ED者24例，不育者21例，其中精液异常者18例，应用复方玄驹胶囊治疗，每天3次，每次3粒；辅以消炎痛栓睡前直肠给药治疗，100mg，每天1次。对照组108例，合并ED者24例，不育者24例，其中精液异常者18例，以喹诺酮类抗生素为主，辅以消炎痛栓睡前直肠给药治疗，100mg，每天1次。分别治疗6周。观察治疗前后NIH-CPSI评分、前列腺液常规检查的变化以及合并症的改善，并评价疗效。结果治疗6周后，治疗组临床治愈29例，占26.85%；显效36例，占33.33%；有效20例，占18.51%；无效23例，占21.31%。对照组临床治愈12例，占11.11%；显效26例，占24.07%；有效18例，占16.67%；无效52例，占48.15%。NIH-CPSI评分及合并症的改善，治疗组疗效明显优于对照组，（P＜0.05）。结论复方玄驹胶囊联合消炎痛栓是一种治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎的有效方法。%Obective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Compound Xuanju Capsule with Indomethacin Suppository in treatment of type Ⅲ prostatitis. Methods A total of 216 patients with type Ⅲ prostatitis diagnosed by the NIH criteria were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, each group 108 patients. There were 24 cases of erectile dysfunction patients and 21 cases of sterility which includes 18 patients with abnormal sperm in the treatment group. The patients in treatment group were treated with Compound Xuanju Capsule three times per day, and three caplets each time, while associated with Indomethacin Suppository, 100mg rectally every day before sleep. There were 24 cases of erectile dysfunction patients and 24 cases of sterility which includes 18 patients with abnormal sperm in the control group. The patients in control group were treated with Quinolinone Antibiotics, associated with Indomethacin Suppository, 100mg rectally every day before sleep. After 6 weeks treatment, the therapeutic results were analyzed based on the scores of NIH-CPSI, the changes of prostatic massage liquid examination and the improvement of relevant complications. Results After 6 weeks, the cured rate, significantly effective rate, effectual rate, unfruitful rate of the experimental group were 26.85%(29/108), 33.33%(36/108), 18.51%(20/108), 21.31%(23/108) respectively. In comparison, for the control group, it was only 11.11%(12/108), 24.07%(26/108), 16.67%(18/108), 48.15%(52/108) respectively. Both the NIH-CPSI scores and the improvement of relevant complications was significantly better than those in the control(P<0.05). Conclusion Compound Xuanju Capsule combined with Indomethacin Suppository are an effective treatment method for type Ⅲ prostatitis.
