Objective-. To explore the expression and clinical significance of serum response factor (SRF) and α-smooth muscle actin (α-SMA) in esophageal carcinoma. Methods-. Immunohistochemical staining for SRF and crSMA was performed to test biopsy specimens of human esophageal carcinoma tissues, including esophageal carcinoma (73 cases) and normal esophageal tissues (30 cases). Results-. Immunohistochemical study showed that SRF and α-SMA protein expression in esophageal carcinoma was higher than that in normal esophageal tissues, and was significantly relevant with the differentiation degree, depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis. Conclusion: SRF and α-SMA high-expression in esophageal carcinoma is associated with invasion and matastasis, which is a potential target of esophageal carcinoma treatment.%目的:探讨食管鳞癌组织中血清应答因子(SRF)、平滑肌肌动蛋白(α-SMA)的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系.方法:采用免疫组织化学显色法检测73例食管鳞癌、30例手术切缘食管黏膜组织中SRF、α-SMA的表达.结果:食管鳞癌组织中SRF、α-SMA的表达高于正常食管黏膜,与肿瘤的分化程度、浸润程度、淋巴结转移相关.结论:SRF、α-SMA在食管鳞癌中的异常高表达,可能是食管鳞癌组织侵袭和转移的重要调控机制之一,有可能成为一个潜在的治疗靶点.
