太行山猕猴掌骨的形态学判别分析

     

摘要

Objective: To further study the morphologic characteristics of the metacarpals of Macaca mulatta from the Taihang mountains. Methods: The sample consisted of 30 adult Macaca mulatto, and 10 main variables of each metacarpal were measured. Discriminate functions of the metacarpals were constructed by mean of Fisher's method employing SPSS 13. 0 for Windows. Results: The correct discriminate rates of the first and the fifth metacarpals reached 100%> and the accuracy of the 2nd, the 3rd and the 4th metacarpals ranged from 92. 2% to 95. 6%. The results of original accuracy were similar with cross-validated on the metacarpal, which showed that the discriminate functions were stable and reliable. Conclusion: There are obvious differences among five metacarpals in morphologic characteristic. Most unknown specimens of metacarpals are easily distinguished by constructing discriminate functions.%目的:进一步了解太行山猕猴掌骨形态学特征.方法:测量30例成年太行山猕猴掌骨标本10个形态学变量.数据用SPSS13.5统计软件分析处理,建立掌骨的多元判别函数模型.结果:第1根和第5根掌骨正确判别率是100.0%,中间3根正确判别率范围是92.2%~95.6%,回代检验和交互检验结果相似,说明判别函数稳定有效.结论:太行山猕猴5根掌骨的形态差异显著.采用多元判别函数可以有效地将未知掌骨标本进行判别.
