四环素及其衍生物在类风湿关节炎的应用

摘要

Rheumatoid arthritis ( RA) , is a systemic autoimmune disease characterized by erosive synovitis, and ultimately leads to joint deformity and dysfunction.The pathogenesis is not clear.Research of the last few decades have shown that tetracycline and its derivatives are potent in anti-infection agents, immune regulators, anti-inflammatory agents and could prevent tissue from being injured . With good tolerability and safety, tetracycline and its derivatives have provided promising alternatives for treating early RA and refractory RA.In this paper, the literatures about tetracycline and its derivatives'application in RA were reviewed.%类风湿关节炎（rheumatoid arthritis， RA）作为一种全身性自身免疫性疾病，以侵蚀性滑膜炎为主要表现，最终导致关节畸形及功能障碍，发病机制尚未明确。近几十年来研究表明四环素（ tetracycline）及其衍生物具有强大的抗感染、免疫调节、抗炎及阻止病理损伤等作用，并且凭借其良好的药物耐受性及安全性，有望为早期RA及难治性RA患者提供一种治疗选择。本文对四环素及其衍生物在RA中的应用进行综述。
