正畸牙齿移动过程中骨保护素(OPG)的表达变化

         

摘要

Objective To investigate the level of osteoprotegerin (OPG) in gingival crevicular fluid (GCF)during tooth movement. Methods Twenty patients ( 5 males and 15 females),aged 18-25 years.treated with first premolar extractions.and required canine distalization participated in the study. The test canine was retracted with 150g continuous forces using nickel-titanium coil springs on stainless steel archwires. GCF sampling was done at baseline,1 hour,24 hours,168 hours,1 month.and 3 months from the distal sites of the test teeth after the application of mechanical stress. OPG concentration was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results OPG concentrations in distal sites of the test teeth were decreased in a time-dependent manner. Decreasing is significant when compared with the baseline measurements. Conclusion OPG is one of the key mediators responsible for alveolar bone remodeling during tooth movement.%研究正畸牙齿移动过程中龈沟液中骨保护素(OPG)表达的变化.方法:选择需拔除上颌第一前磨牙的患者20例,随机选取患者的一侧上颌尖牙,用镍钛拉簧以150g的正畸力,使其向远中移动.采用酶联免疫法分别检测正畸牙齿移动前、移动1h,24h,168h,1个月及3个月龈沟液中OPG表达的变化.结果:上颌尖牙移动前龈沟液中OPG的浓度与移动后各个时间点龈沟液中OPG的浓度进行比较有显著性差异,但其移动后各个时间点龈沟液中OPG的浓度相互比较,无显著性差异.结论:OPG是影响正畸骨改建的关键因子之一.
