Mohs显微外科手术治疗皮肤恶性肿瘤23例临床分析

摘要

Objective To study the Mohs' micrographic surgery treatment of skin cancer.Methods 23 patients with skin cancer were treated with Mohs'micrographic surgery in our department from 2008 to 2010.Results After surgery,the surgical incision of 22 patients was primarily healed.The incisional wounds were closed by local transfer flaps in 4 cases,full thickness skin transplantation in 12 cases and the other cases were closed by direct suture.The patients were followed up for 3 to 24 months,no relapse of skin cancer was found in all cases.Conclusion Mohs'micrographic surgery is the first choice for excising the skin cancer,with minimal wound,low relapse rate,safe,and satisfying cosmetic effect.%目的:探讨Mohs显微外科手术治疗皮肤恶性肿瘤临床效果.方法:应用Mohs显微外科手术治疗23例皮肤恶性肿瘤患者,观察术后创面愈合、转移及复发情况.结果:23例患者中,切口Ⅰ期愈合22例,Ⅱ期瘢痕愈合1例,其中采用局部转移皮瓣者4例,游离皮片移植者12例,其余患者采用直接缝合.术后随访3～24个月肿瘤无复发、转移.结论:Mohs显微外科手术治疗皮肤恶性肿瘤具有损伤小、美容效果好、复发率低和安全性好的优点.
