目的:探讨微晶磨削联合胶原蛋白膜治疗痤疮萎缩性瘢痕及色素沉着的临床疗效.方法:将痤疮形成瘢痕的120例患者随机分组,治疗组:给予微晶磨削加胶原蛋白膜敷贴；对照A组:给予微晶磨削治疗；对照B组:给予胶原蛋白膜治疗.结果:治疗12周后,三组均无感染及瘢痕加重现象.痤疮瘢痕治疗组与对照B组比较x2p1＝66.51,P＜0.05,差异有统计学意义.痤疮色素沉着治疗组和对照A组进行比较x2A=7,P＜0.01,差异有统计学意义.结论:微晶磨削联合胶原蛋白膜治疗痤疮萎缩性瘢痕,疗效明确,术后色索沉着少,值得临床推广应用.%Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of depressed acne scars and pigmentation by microdermabrasion combined with collogen paste. Methods 120 cases of acne scarring were classified into three groups at random,the cases in the treatment group were given the collagen paste after microdermabrasion.the control group A received microdermabrasion treatment.the control group B received collogen paste treatment. Results After 12 weeks of treatment, the three groups were no infection and scarring aggravation. Acne scar in the treatment group and the control group B were compared, x2B =66.51, P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant. Acne pigmentation in the treatment group and the control group A were compared,x2A =7, P<0.01 ,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions The microdermabrasion with collogen pastes can cure depressed facial acne scar effectively, the pigmentation are few, the technique is worth further promoting in the clinical application.
