目的:观察含维生素C/E及阿魏酸的抗氧化剂复合物对模拟日光照射所致皮肤急性日晒伤的保护作用.方法:招募12名健康志愿者,在背部分别选取4个试验区域.区域1和区域2分别涂抹抗氧化剂复合物和基质共4天,第4天涂抹产品半小时后予1~5倍最小红斑量的模拟日光照射;区域3仅予照光而不涂抹任何产品(阳性对照);区域4不予照光亦不涂抹任何产品(空白对照).对各区域留取大体照片,测量皮肤红斑指数.结果:随光照剂量增加,各区域红斑颜色逐渐加深、红斑指数均值逐渐升高.区域1的红斑程度及红斑指数差值显著低于区域2或区域3.结论:外用含维生素C/E及阿魏酸的抗氧化剂复合物可有效保护模拟日光照射引起的急性日晒伤.%Objective To investigate protective effects of a topical antioxidant complex containing vitamin C/E and ferulic acid against solar-simulated ultraviolet irradiation (ssUVR)-induced acute sunburn. Methods Twelve healthy female volunteers were enrolled in this study. Four unexposed areas on the dorsal skin were marked for the experiment. The products containing antioxidant complex and vehicle were respectively applied onto area 1 and area 2 for four consecutive days. On day 4,the two test areas received 1~5xminimal erythema dose (MED) of ssUVR after application products for 30 minutes. Area 3 was only exposed to ssUVR without any test products (positive control). Area 4 received neither ssUVR nor test products (blank control). Skin photographs were taken and erythema index (El) value were assessed pre- and after-irradiation. Results With the increasing doses of UVR, the skin redness deepened gradually and El average values increased accordingly. The degree of redness and the El difference values on area 1 were obviously lower than those of area 2 or area 3. Conclusions A topical antioxidant complex containing vitamin C/E and ferulic acid has protective effects against ssUVR-induced acute sunburn in human skin.
