目的:在移植的组织工程脂肪组织中加入含激活剂的富含血小板血浆(PRP)或不合激活剂的富含血小板血浆,通过观察脂肪组织各个时间段的成活率来证明PRP的作用.方法:根据Landesberg二次制备法制备PRP.按1000U凝血酶溶于1ml质量百分比为10％的CaCl2配制激活剂.从兔背部取脂肪组织制备好,按实验分组分别加入不同的成分移植到兔子耳部.分别在术后1月、3月、6月测量体积变化.结果:含激活剂的PRP加入组织工程脂肪移植后3个时间段的体积成活率均高于对照组.结论:加入激活剂的PRP释放生长因子增多,释放速度增加,间接促进了脂肪干细胞分裂、分化、成活,促进了移植脂肪组织的更新,使脂肪移植成活率增加.%Objective To explore the PRP's role in adipose tissue transplantation by detecting the survival rate of adipose tissue at each time point. Methods PRP was prepared according to the method of Landesberg.The activator was made up of I000U bovine thrombin and 1ml 10% calcium chloride solution. The fat tissues taken from the rabbit back were grafted to the rabbit ears in different experimental groups. The volume changes were measured after 1 month,3 months,6 months,respectively. Results After transplantation.the survival rates of the group within the activator at each time were higher than the group without the activator. Conclusion The activator promoted the the survival rate of transplanted adipose tissue. The reason was that the PRP with the activator released more growth factors.which contributed to adipose stem cells' division,differentiation,and survival.
