金栀洁龈含漱液熏蒸联合洁悠神治疗寻常性痤疮疗效观察

摘要

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Jinzhijieyinhansuye stifling Combine jieyoushen on Patients with acne vulgaris.Methods All cases were divided into two groups,that is,treatment group and control group.Cases in treatment group were treated by Jinzhijieyinhansuye stifling Combine Jieyoushen.Cases in control group were treated by Guoyanghuabenjiaxian Combine Adapalene Gel.Results The cure rate was 84.07 ％ and 81.32％,there was no significant diffirence between the two groups (x2=0.3446,P＞0.05).Conclusion It is an effective therapy by using Jinzhijieyinhansuye stifling combine Jieyoushen in the treatment of mild to moderate acne vulgaris with better effect and less side-effec,and there was no significant diffirence between the two groups.%目的:评价金栀洁龈含漱液熏蒸联合洁悠神治疗寻常性痤疮的疗效,并与外用过氧化苯甲酰、阿达帕林凝胶进行比较.方法:将219例患者分为两组,治疗组:113例,予以金栀洁龈含漱液熏蒸联合洁悠神治疗；对照组:1 06例,外用5％过氧化苯甲酰凝胶、0.1％阿达帕林凝胶.结果:两组有效率分别为84.07％和81.32％,显示疗效无显著性差异(x2=0.3446,P＞0.05).结论:金栀洁龈含涑液熏蒸联合洁悠神治疗痤疮安全有效,与外用过氧化苯甲酰凝胶、阿达帕林凝胶疗效相仿.
