目的:探讨自体表皮细胞悬液促进Ⅲ度烧伤创面愈合的机制。方法:应用切削皮法结合胰蛋白酶技术获得自体表皮细胞悬液,皮下注射到Ⅲ度烧伤创面基底后观察大鼠Ⅲ度创面愈合率和创面愈合效果。结果:实验组自体表皮细胞悬液制作整个过程约1h 内即可完成。实验组2和3周创面愈合率明显高于对照组(<0.01,P<0.05)。实验组4周创面愈合后颜色和质地均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:改进的自体表皮细胞悬液技术可操作性强,具有快速、简便、经济等优点,是治疗Ⅲ度烧伤创面的良好方法,其主要机制是表皮细胞去分化促进皮岛形成。%Objective To investigate the mechanism of improved epidermal cell suspension to treat full- thickness degree burns. Methods Epidermal cell suspension was made with an improved method. The cure rate and quality after epidermal cell being injected were evaluated in rats with full-thickness degree burns. 30 rats were divided into control and therapy groups. Each group includes 15 rats. Results It took one hour to acquire epidermal cell suspension. Cure rate of therapy group at 2 and 3 weeks was significantly higher than that of control group( <0.01,<0.05). The quality of skin in therapy group was also significantly better than that of control group at 4 weeks ( <0.05). Conclusion It is a simple, easy and economical way to acquire epidermal cell suspension. Full-thickness burns of rats could be healed with it.
