目的:通过将整形外科发展史的介绍融入到具体病例中,启发学生自主学习意识,加强课堂教学效果。方法:以鼻再造、唇裂及皮瓣技术的发展史结合临床患者的手术视频和照片为素材,运用多媒体技术在临床教学过程中进行展示。结果:以2011年和2013年临床见、实习学员的授课效果调查问卷为参照,课堂授课满意率由80%提高到88%。结论:整形外科发展史教学内容导入,可以有效提升整形外科临床教学的效果。%Objective Combing the PRS history with the typical cases well prepared formerly during the customary teaching procedure to inspire the self-learning spirit and improve the teaching efficiency. Methods Cases like nasal reconstruction,cleft lip and flaps were demonstrated with relevant histories and clinical videos or photos by multimedia technique. Results Teaching satisfaction rate between 2011 and 2013 was compared and the rate of 2011 rase from 80%to 88%in 2013. Conclusion History teaching can enhance the customary PRS clinical teaching effect.
