多元化护理干预糖尿病患者干眼症的临床疗效观察

摘要

目的：观察多元化护理对糖尿病患者干眼症状的临床疗效。方法：随机从我院门诊及住院患者中抽取糖尿病干眼病患者60例，随机分成治疗组及对照组，治疗组给予多元化护理，对照组给予常规护理，治疗1个月后结合糖尿病患者主观症状及SIt、BUT、FL，比较治疗前后治疗组与对照组的变化。结果：治疗组与对照组相比，各项指标均明显改善，有显著性差异（P＜0.01）。治疗组前后相比，各项指标亦明显改善，有显著性差异（P＜0.01）。结论：多元化护理能够明显促进糖尿病干眼病患者的康复，值得在眼科护理中展开。%Objective To observe the impact of diverse nursing on treatment of diabetic patients with xerophthalmia.Methods 60 patients were selected randomly from clinic and ward, who were divided into 2 groups: treatmeng group and control group.Treatment group was supported with diverse nursing, and meanwhile control group with common nursing. After one month, according to the main symptoms of xerophthalmia, SIt, BUT and FL, to observe the change in treatment group and the change between treatment group and control group.Results Compared with control group, all the indexes were signiifcantly improved, the difference was very signiifcant difference (P<0.01); compared with the intial of treatment group, the whole indexes were aslo improved, the difference was very signiifcant difference (P<0.01).Conclusion Dverse nursing have signiifcant impact on the rehabilitation of diabetic patient with xerophthalmia, which was worth to carring out in ophthalmologic nursing.
