目的:探讨波长对三种纳米复合树脂颜色及透光率的影响。方法:采用爱色丽Ci7600台式分光光度仪测量树脂在五个厚度下的颜色参数CIE L*、a*、b*、T值及在波长为450~520nm范围下的透光率T值。结果:随着树脂厚度的增加,树脂L值随之降低,a*、b*值随之增加。随着波长的增加,透光率增加。不同厂家L值大小规律:Clearfil>3M>BeautifulⅡ。结论:不同树脂颜色和透光率有所区别,根据患者釉质矿化程度个性选择修复树脂。%Objective To investigate the effect of wavelength on color and light transmittance of three kinds of nanocomposites. MethodsTo measure the chroma difference CIE L,a,b,T and light transmittance T of wavelength within the range of 450-520nm by PANTONE X-rite Ci7600 spectrophotometer.Results With resin thickness increasing, the L* value decreased, the a* and b* value increased. With the increase of wavelength, the T value increased. The L value was different from the standard set by manufacturers: Clearifl>3M>BeautifulⅡ.Conclusion Different nanocomposites has different color and transmittance according to the degree of the enamel mineralization.
