雌激素在抗皮肤衰老中的生物学作用

摘要

皮肤衰老是机体老化最直观的征象，通常表现为皱纹增生，皮肤萎缩，色素沉着等，绝经后雌激素水平的下降会加速皮肤的老化。这种征象可对女性社会心理产生严重影响。雌激素可通过雌激素受体作用于皮肤，促使真皮中胶原量、细胞外基质增加，使皮肤保湿能力增强，从而延缓并预防皮肤的衰老。激素替代治疗对延缓或预防皮肤的衰老有一定的价值但存在争议。本文就雌激素在抗皮肤衰老过程中发生的生物学作用作一综述。%The skin aging is the most intuitive signs of body aging, which is usually manifestied as wrinkles,skin atrophy,pigmentation,etc. The decline of estrogen levels in postmenopausal women will accelerate the skin aging and lead to serious impacts on women's social psychology. Estrogen acts through the estrogen receptor on the skin to promote the amount of collagen and extracellular matrix in the dermis,increase the skin moisturizing ability,to prevent the skin aging. Hormone replacement therapy to delay or prevent skin aging has a certain value,but controversial.In this paper,estrogen in anti-aging process of skin biological role will be reviewed.
