Health alliance is an important policy of healthcare reform in China to balance the contradiction between health demand and supply and to decrease the rapid growth of health expenditures by integrating and sharing health resources among different level of medical institutes. It is also the development and reform trends in international communities. Managed care organization in America and NHS in United Kingdom are expected to promote medical quality and reduce medical cost at the same time. Health alliance mode is an emerging organization in China which can be considered to get some experience from other countries.%医疗联合体是中国深化公立医院改革的重要措施之一,旨在通过不同层级医疗卫生机构的联合和资源共享,来应对医疗服务的供需矛盾和医疗费用过快增长问题.医疗卫生服务体系的整合和协同,是国际医疗体系发展和改革的趋势.美国正在探索的医疗责任组织、英国的整合医疗网络等,都在争取提高医疗服务质量的同时降低医疗成本.中国目前也正处于医疗联合模式的探索阶段,可以借鉴一些国际做法更好地达成改革目标.
