拉氧头孢联合泼尼松治疗急性附睾炎的临床疗效观察

摘要

目的 探讨拉氧头孢联合泼尼松治疗急性附睾炎的临床疗效.方法 收集我院泌尿外科2006年4月-2012年6月收治的急性附睾炎患者104例,随机分为观察组和对照组各52例;观察组采用拉氧头孢联合泼尼松治疗,对照组采用单纯拉氧头孢治疗,观察两组患者体温及阴囊肿痛消退情况,尿频、尿急、尿痛等症状的变化,并于治疗2周后复查阴囊彩超,进行精液常规分析.结果 治疗后观察组痊愈4例,显效42例,有效5例,无效1例;而对照组痊愈2例,显效34例,有效9例,无效7例;两组临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(u=-2.496,P=0.013).治疗后检查精液常规,观察组1例(1.9%)异常,对照组8例(15.4%)异常,两组精液异常发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.96,P＜0.05).结论 拉氧头孢联合泼尼松治疗急性附睾炎临床疗效确切,精液异常发生率低,预后良好,是一种安全、有效的治疗方法,值得临床借鉴.%Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Latamoxef combined with prednisone in the treatment of a-cute epididymitis. Methods 104 patients with acute epididymitis treated in urology department of our hospital from April 2006 to June 2012 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with each group 52 cases. The observation group was treated by latamoxef combined with prednisone, while the control group was treated only by latamoxef. The body temperature and scrotal swelling and changes of urinary frequency, urgency, pain of the two groups were observed, and Color Doppler ultrasound scan of scrotum and semen analysis were conducted two weeks after treatment. Results After treatment, in observation group, 4 cases were cured, 42 cases were significantly improved, 5 cases were improved and one case was invalid. While in control group, 2 cases were cured, 34 cases were significantly improved, 9 cases were improved and 7 cases were invalid. The clinical efficacy of the two groups showed statistically significant differences ( u = -2. 496, P =0. 013 ) . According to the routine semen test after treatment, one case ( 1.9% ) in observation group and 8 cases ( 15. 4% ) in control group showed abnormalities, and the difference was statistically significant (x2 = 5. 96 , P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion The combination of latamoxef and prednisone is effective in the treatment of acute epididymitis with few complications and satisfactory prognosis, so it is a safe method worthy of clinical reference.
