多系统萎缩（MSA）是少见的散发性、进行性神经系统退行性疾病，临床主要表现为帕金森综合征、锥体束损害、小脑共济失调、自主神经系统功能障碍等不同症状的组合。MSA 的早期影像学改变不明显，容易被误诊、漏诊。本文报道了本院2013-04-25和2013-07-27分别收治的2例 MSA 患者，分别以帕金森综合征和小脑共济失调为主要表现，对症支持治疗后均好转出院。%Multiple system atrophy(MSA)is a rare,sporadic and progressive degenerative nervous system disease, the main clinical manifestation is characterized by various combination of parkinsonism,pyramidal signs,cerebellar ataxia and autonomic dysfunction. Because of the imaging features of early MSA is not obvious,misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis exist a-mong MSA patients commonly. Two patients with MSA were admitted to our hospital on 25 April 2013 and 27 July 2013 respective-ly,the main clinical manifestations of 2 cases were parkinsonism and cerebellar ataxia respectively,they were discharged after symptomatic treatments,the clinical data is analyzed retrospectively in this article.
