This article introduces the skill of RICE(Reason- Idea- Concern- Expectation) to a patient with anger because of long waiting time.The skill of RICE can transform the doctor-patient relationship from confrontation to harmony.For a general practitioner,it is difficult to cope with the patient's anger.General practitioners should realize that understanding and feeling the mood of the patient by empathy or sympathy not only can improve the doctor-patient relationship,but also improve patients' satisfaction,compliance and medical effects.%本文以1例因就诊等待时间较长而愤怒的患者为例,介绍全科医生通过采用RICE问诊方法,使医患关系从对抗变得和谐.患者的愤怒情绪通常难以应对,但全科医生对患者的理解,采用移情或同情的方法来感受患者的情绪,可改善医患关系,提高患者的满意度、遵医性和医疗效果.
