微信公众平台在早产儿延续护理中的应用

摘要

Objective:to explore the role of the WeChat public platform in the continued care of premature infants.Methods:A total of 120 premature infants who were admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine continuation nursing, while the observation group applied the WeChat public platform to the extended care of premature infants on the basis of the control group.The observation lasted for 1 years.The growth and development of two groups of premature infants in 1 years and the prevalence rate in 1 years were compared.Results:There was a statistically significant difference in the growth and development of premature infants between the two groups at 1 year and the prevalence within 1 year (P<0.05, P<0.01) .Conclusions:WeChat public platform can promote the growth and development of premature infants, reduce morbidity and improve the quality of life of premature infants.%[目的]探讨微信公众平台在早产儿延续护理中的作用.[方法]选择收治的早产儿共120例, 按入院先后顺序随机分为对照组和观察组各60例.对照组采用常规延续护理, 观察组在对照组的基础上将微信公众平台应用于早产儿延续护理, 观察时间为1年.比较两组早产儿出生1年生长发育情况及1年内患病率.[结果]两组早产儿出生1年生长发育情况及1年内患病率比较, 差异有统计学意义 (P<0.05, P<0.01) .[结论]微信公众平台在早产儿延续护理中应用能促进早产儿的生长发育, 减少发病率, 提高早产儿的生存质量.
