老年人桡骨远端不稳定型骨折的手术治疗

摘要

目的：探讨老年人桡骨远端不稳定型骨折的手术治疗情况。方法：本组28例老年患者不稳定型桡骨远端骨折，采用掌侧桡骨远端支撑钢板(T型)固定。结果：28例患者均得到随访，时间8~14月，平均10个月，都达到骨性愈合，未出现内固定断裂、松动、腕管综合征。本组28例患者，优20例，良6例，可2例，差0例。结论：采用掌侧桡骨远端钢板内固定手术治疗，术后良好的功能锻炼，可达到满意的腕关节功能。%Objective:To investigate the situation of the elderly in the operation treatment of unstable distal radius fractures.Method:28 cases old patients with unstable fractures of the distal radius,adopted the volar distal radius support plate(T) fixation.Result:28 patients were followed up,time to 8~14 months, had reached the osseous healing,without internal fixation of fracture,loose,and carpal tunnel syndrome.This group of 28 cases,excellent in 26 cases,good in 6 cases,fair in 2 cases,poor in 0 case.Conclusion:Patients can achieve satisfactory wrist function after the operation treatment of distal radius volar fixed side plate with positive postoperative functional exercise.
