综合康复护理干预措施对急性脑卒中偏瘫患者日常生活能力的影响

摘要

Objective:To study the impact of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing interventions in acute stroke hemiplegia patients activities of daily living(ADL).Method:From June 2014 to March 2015 in our hospital,80 cases of acute stroke hemiplegia patients were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,40 cases in each group.The control group were given conventional treatment and routine clinical care,the experimental group were added comprehensive rehabilitation care interventions,the level of ADL were assessed by using BI before and after care.Result:The BI and the ADL of the experimental group improved more than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention can effectively improve the ADL of acute stroke hemiplegia,which is suitable for clinical application.%目的：研究综合康复护理干预措施对急性脑卒中偏瘫患者日常生活能力的影响，为提高护理水平提供参考。方法：选取2014年6月-2015年3月在笔者所在医院就诊的80例急性脑卒中偏瘫患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组各40例，对照组给予脑卒中常规治疗和常规的临床护理方法，试验组在对照组的基础上给予综合康复护理干预措施。利用Barthel指数(BI)评定患者护理前后的日常生活能力水平。结果：试验组护理后BI的提高比对照组更明显，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组护理后日常生活能力亦显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：综合康复护理干预能有效改善急性脑卒中偏瘫患者的日常生活能力，值得临床推广应用。
