临床护理路径在子宫肌瘤患者健康教育中的应用探讨

     

摘要

目的:探讨临床护理路径对子宫肌瘤患者健康教育的可行性。方法:随机将笔者所在医院320例子宫肌瘤患者分成对照组(传统健康教育)与观察组(临床护理路径),每组160例,调查与评估两组的护理满意度、健康知识掌握情况、疾病认知情况与护理依从性。结果:观察组护理后的护理满意度、健康知识掌握率、疾病认知率与护理依从性分别为98.75%、94.38%、96.25%和98.13%,均要较对照组的78.75%、48.13%、49.38%和76.25%高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用临床护理路径对子宫肌瘤患者进行健康教育,疗效更显著,值得普及应用。%Objective:To study the feasibility of the clinical nursing path on the health education for patients with uterine fibroids.Method:320 patients with uterine fibroids were randomly divided into the control group(traditional health education) and the observation group(clinical nursing path),160 cases in each group.The nursing satisfaction,health, disease,cognitive knowledge condition and treatment compliance of the patients in the two groups were investigated and evaluated.Result:After nursing,the rate of nursing satisfaction,the rate of health knowledge mastering,the cognitive rate of disease and the nursing compliance in the observation group were 98.75%,94.38%,96.25% and 98.13% respectively,and they were significantly higher than the control group of 78.75%, 48.13%,49.38% and 76.25%(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of clinical nursing path for health education in patients with uterine fibroids can increase the curative effect,and it is worth to popularize and apply.
