内服自拟花容消斑汤配合外擦珍珠五白膏治疗蝴蝶斑的临床疗效观察

摘要

Objective:To investigate the effect of Hua Rong Xiao Ban decoction combined with external use of Zhen Zhu Wu Bai cream in the treatment of hudieban.Methods:390 cases of hudieban were selected.240 cases of the treatment group were given the self Hua Rong Xiao Ban decoction oral administration treatment and the external use of Zhen Zhu Wu Bai cream;150 cases of the control group were only given the self Hua Rong Xiao Ban decoction oral administration treatment.Results:In the treatment group, 102 cases were basically cured;120 cases were improved;18 cases were invalid;the total effective rate was 92.50%.In the control group,55 cases were basically cured;35 cases were improved;30 cases were invalid;the total effective rate was 75%.Conclusion:Hua Rong Xiao Ban decoction combined with external use of Zhen Zhu Wu Bai cream in the treatment of hudieban have objective and true clinical effect.%目的：探讨花容消斑汤配合外擦珍珠五白膏治疗蝴蝶斑的疗效。方法：收治蝴蝶斑患者390例，治疗组240例均予自拟花容消斑汤口服治疗，局部外用自制珍珠五白膏外擦；对照组150例予自拟花容消斑汤口服治疗。结果：治疗组基本治愈102例，好转120例，无效18例，总有效率92.50%。对照组基本治愈55例，好转65例，无效30例，总有效率80.00%。结论：花容消斑汤配合外擦珍珠五白膏治疗蝴蝶斑具有客观确实的临床疗效。
