计划生育宣教护理在女性计划生育工作中的应用价值

摘要

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of family planning propaganda and education nursing in female family planning work.Methods:100 cases of married women were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 50 cases in each.The observation group was given family planning propaganda and education nursing.The unplanned pregnancy rates and subsequent pregnancy rates of two groups were compared.Results:The unplanned pregnancy rate and subsequent pregnancy rate of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the female family planning work,the comprehensive family planning propaganda and education nursing can significantly reduce the unplanned pregnancy rate and subsequent pregnancy rate.The effect is significant.%目的：分析计划生育宣传教育护理在女性计划生育工作中的临床效果。方法：100例已婚女性随机分为观察组与对照组，各50例。仅观察组给予计划生育宣教护理。对比两组计划外妊娠率和再次妊娠率。结果：观察组的计划外妊娠率和再次妊娠率均显著低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：在女性计划生育工作中，全面的计划生育宣教护理可以显著降低计划外妊娠率和再次妊娠率，效果显著。
