宽胸理肺汤合三子养亲汤治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期痰浊壅肺证的临床疗效

摘要

Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of Kuanxiong Lifei Decoction combined with Sanzi Yangqin decoction in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with acute exacerbation of Tanzhuo Yongfei. Methods:60 cases of patients were selected.They were were randomly divided into the observation group and the Kuanxiong Lifei decoction group and the control group with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine western medicine. The Kuanxiong Lifei decoction group was treated with Kuanxiong Lifei decoction on the basis of the control group.The observation group was treated with Sanzi Yangqin decoction on the basis of the Kuanxiong Lifei decoction group.We compared the therapeutic effect of three groups.Results:The total effective rate of the control group,Kuanxiong Lifei decoction group and the observation group was 25%,75%,85% respectively,and there were significant differences in clinical curative effect between the control group and the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of Kuanxiong Lifei decoction combined with Sanzi Yangqin decoction in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with acute exacerbation of Tanzhuo Yongfei was significant.%目的：探讨宽胸理肺汤合三子养亲汤治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期痰浊壅肺证的临床疗效。方法：收治患者60例，随机分为观察组、宽胸理肺汤组和对照组各20例，对照组采用常规西药治疗，宽胸理肺汤组在对照组的基础之上加用宽胸理肺汤，观察组在宽胸理肺汤组基础之上加用三子养亲汤，比较3组治疗效果。结果：对照组、宽胸理肺汤组、观察组的总有效率依次为25%、75%、85%，对照组和观察组治疗效果差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：宽胸理肺汤合三子养亲汤治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期痰浊壅肺证的临床疗效显著。
