Objective To evaluate the effect of the comprehensive nursing on hospitalization safety of elderly patients with mental disabilities.Methods Sixty-six psychiatric patients hospitalized between August 2014 and January 2015 were selected into a control group, while another 66 hospitalized between February 2015 to July 2015 were chosen into an experimental group.The control group was given routine nursing, while the experimental group was provided with comprehensive nursing.After two weeks of intervention, the safety events and family satisfaction were compared between the 2 groups.Results The occurrence rate of safety accidents of the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (Z=-2.049,P=0.040), while the satisfaction of the former was significantly higher than the latter(Z=-4.963,P<0.001).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing can improve the safety and family satisfaction of the elderly hospitalized patients with mental disabilities.%目的 探讨综合护理干预对老年精神障碍患者住院期间安全性的影响. 方法 选取精神科住院的2014年8月-2015年1月的66例患者为对照组,2015年2~7月的66例患者为实验组.对照组给予常规护理,实验组采用综合护理干预模式进行护理.干预2周后,比较2组患者安全事件发生情况及2组患者家属的满意度. 结果 实验组安全事故发生情况少于对照组(Z=-2.049,P=0.040),实验组患者家属满意度显著高于对照组(Z=-4.963,P<0.001). 结论 综合护理干预可提高老年精神障碍患者住院期间的安全性,并能有效提高家属的满意度.
