Premier Zhu Rongji signed Order 372 of the State Council on March 1st and published the "Regulation or the setting-up of Chinese and Foreign Joint Education of Institution in the People's Republic of China." The regulation was passed by the 68th routine conference of the State Council and will be implemented from October 1st.
