近年来我国的体育事业取得了长足的发展,群众性体育活动蓬勃开展,参加体育活动的人数不断增加,人民体质与健康状况有了很大改善.但是公共体育设施的供给问题一直比较突出,仅仅依靠政府的力量,不能完全满足广大群众对体育设施的需求.通过对公共体育设施的公益性、正外部性和地域性进行分析,从国家制度层面、政策层面、制约机制和供给方式等多方面视角,提出了着力解决公共体育设施供给问题的路径和相应对策.%In recent years, Chinese sports has made a considerable development, the activities of mass sports is strong, the number of participating in sport is growing, the physical quality and healthy condition for people have greatly improved. However, the supplement of public sports facilities has been more prominent, only depending on the power of government, can not fully meet the need of mass for sports facilities. By analyzing the public welfare, positive externality and territoriality of public sports facilities, from the multi perspective of the national system level, the policy level, restricted mechanism and supplying ways, put forward the ways and conrrespongding countermeasures which solve the problems of supplement for public sports facilities.
