富电气石热液型钨锡矿石工艺矿物学研究

     

摘要

采用化学分析、显微镜和MLA矿物自动检测技术等手段,对某富电气石热液型钨锡矿石进行工艺矿物学研究,重点查清了该矿石的物质组成,主要钨、锡矿物的嵌布特征以及钨、锡元素的赋存状态.研究结果表明,矿石中主要钨矿物为白钨矿,锡矿物仅为锡石,且较适宜重选回收.然而在该矿石中含40%左右的电气石,由重液分离试验表明,大量具有中等密度的电气石对重选方法富集钨锡影响不仅表现使重选分带不明显,并因其本身含有较高的钨锡而对回收率也有一定的影响.%This paper studies the process mineralogy of a tourmaline-rich hydrothermal tungsten-tin ore by means of chemical analysis, microscope and Automatic Quantitative Mineral technology MLA. The study focuses on identifying the mineral composition and content in the ore, the dissemination characteristics of tungsten and tin minerals, the occurrence of tungsten and tin elements. The results indicate that the main tungsten mineral is scheelite, and the tin mineral is cassiterite. The mean of gravity separation is considered to be effective to recycle scheelite and cassiterite. But the experimental study of heavy liquid separation shows that recycling scheelite and cassiterite by means of gravity separation is affected by large numbers of tourmaline with medium density in the ore. This tourmaline leads to obscure gravity separation stratification and influence the expecting recovery due to high content of tungsten-tin elements.
