高抗腐蚀、耐磨损、镍粘结相硬质合金的研究

     

摘要

以镍为主粘结相,配以一定比例的微量合金元素(Co+Cr质量分数小于1.4%),通过合理调整合金成分,严格控制生产工艺,研制出一种高抗腐蚀、耐磨损的镍粘结相(6%)硬质合金.该合金与含钴6%(质量分数)的硬质合金在弱酸性试验环境下进行抗腐蚀、耐磨损性能对比试验.结果表明:镍粘结相合金的抗腐蚀耐磨损性比相同钴含量硬质合金的抗腐蚀、耐磨损性高约1.23倍,从而较好地解决了那些要求在抗腐蚀耐磨损条件下,以钴作粘结相的合金易出现钴相在化学腐蚀等作用下优先溶解,造成WC等硬质相被剥落,工件间的磨损由黏着磨损转化为黏着磨损和磨粒磨损共存的状态,导致并加速工具过早失效的现况.%This paper studies a high corrosion resistant, wear resistant and Ni -binder-phased cemented carbide by adjusting the components and production process. Its binder is nickel base, and mixed with some Co and Cr (total mass fraction is lower than 1.4 %). Comparable experiments were performed with the developed cemented carbide and the same binder content Co base cemented carbide in the weak acid working condition. The result shows that the developed cemented carbide has the positive resistant corrosion and abrasion capabilities.
