小龙钨矿精选尾矿综合回收试验研究

摘要

根据试料性质研究结果,采用磁选-重选-浮选的联合工艺流程对某钨矿精选尾矿进行钨、铜、铋综合回收,对含WO3、Cu、Bi分别为2.38％、1.63％、0.98％的试料,开路试验可获得含Cu分别为23.9％、8.75％,回收率为63.21％、17.50％两种品质的铜精矿；含WO370.90％,回收率为20.66％高品位钨精矿和含WO343.51％,回收率为43.78％的钨次精矿:含Bi 27.16％,回收率为26.23％的铋精矿;铜、钨和铋的总回收率分别为80.71％、64.44％和26.23％.%According to the test results, a combination process of magnetic separation- Gravity Concentration -flotation was applied for comprehensively recovering valuable metals of a tungsten cleaner tailings, such as WO3, Cu, Bi. To the tailing samples containing WO3, Cu, Bi were 2.38 %, 1.63 %, 0.98 % respectively, the grade of copper concentrate obtained were satisfactory.
