我国西南部某低品位钨多金属矿工艺矿物学研究

     

摘要

A polymetallic tungsten ore is associated in a pyroxene-garnet skarn containing a variety of low grade valuable metals. The tungsten is associated with copper, bismuth, molybdenum, etc. And the gangue mineral combination is complicated in that a lot of augites and andradite are associated with high calcium minerals such as calcite, fluorite, etc. From the perspective of process mineralogy, the relationship between mineralogy characteristic of this low-grade tungsten-polymetallic ore and beneficiation was studied in this paper, focusing on the mineral composition, the occurrence of tungsten, copper, bismuth, molybdenum. This study provides an adequate basis for designing reasonable mineral processing flow-sheet.%某钨多金属矿赋存于辉石-石榴石夕卡岩中,以有用金属种类多,钨与铜、铋、钼等伴生,各有用金属品位均偏低为特征,其脉石矿物组合也较为特殊,大量的普通辉石和钙铁榴石,并伴有方解石、萤石等高钙矿物.本文从工艺矿物学的角度,研究该低品位钨多金属矿的矿物学特征与选矿的关系,重点查明该矿石矿物组成、钨、铜、铋、钼的赋存状态,为制定合理的选矿工艺流程提供充分的依据,对此类矿石的开发利用具有重要意义.
