钼合金表面MoSi2涂层氧化行为和氧化机理的研究

     

摘要

采用包埋渗硅法在钼合金表面制备了MoSi2涂层,研究了涂层的氧化行为和抗氧化机理.结果表明,钼合金基体经历30 min高温氧化后,样品表面鼓泡严重,质量失重率在11%左右;在钼合金基体表面形成MoSi2涂层后,抗氧化能力大幅度提高,经过60min的高温氧化后,样品表面完好,质量增重率为0.58%;在高温氧化过程中,MoSi2晶粒内部Si原子的体积扩散作用较强,样品表面能形成了连续、致密的SiO2膜,阻碍氧对基体的侵蚀.%This paper studies the oxidation process and oxidation mechanism of MoSi2 coating produced on the surface of the molybdenum alloy by Silicn pack cementation method. The results show that the sample surface of the molybdenum alloy demonstrates serious bubbling and quality weight loss is about 11 % after 30 Min's high temperature oxidation. The antioxidant properties inceased significantly when MoSi2 coating is formed on the surface of the molybdenum alloy base. The sample maintains good outside look after 60 Mtn's high temperature oxidation with its quality adding rate of 0.58 %. The volume diffusion of the Si atom inside the MoSi2 grain strengthens during the high temperature oxidation process. A continuous, dense SiO2 film is foxed on the sample surface which prevents the corrosion on the molybdenum alloy from oxygen.
