聚丁二烯/烯丙基异丁基多面体低聚倍半硅氧烷纳米杂化材料的形貌及性能

     

摘要

对采用活性负离子聚合法制得的聚丁二烯( PB)/烯丙基异丁基多面体低聚倍半硅氧烷(A - POSS)纳米杂化材料进行硫化,采用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、差示扫描量热法、热重分析、动态力学性能分析等手段,研究了A - POSS含量对硫化PB/A -POSS纳米杂化材料的微观形貌、耐热性能和动态力学性能的影响.结果表明,当A -POSS质量分数约高于2.00%时,A- POSS在基体中发生聚集,形成A -POSS结晶区;PB中引入少量A- POSS,可显著提高纳米杂化材料的玻璃化转变温度,耐热性能也得到明显提高,同时玻璃化转变区的储能模量明显升高,且随着A -POSS含量的增加而升高,而损耗因子则有所降低.%The polybutadiene ( PB) /ally] isobutyl polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane ( A-POSS ) na-nohybrids by the anionic polymerization method were vulcanized; the micro morphology, thermal and dynamic mechanical properties of PB/A-POSS nanohy-brids were investigated by X-ray diffraction, scanning electronic microscopy, differential scanning cal-orimetry, thermal gravimetric analysis and dynamic mechanical properties analysis. The results showed that the aggregation of A-POSS in PB occurred obviously, forming crystalline domains when the massfraction of A-POSS exceeded 2. 00%. A small amount of A-POSS added in PB could raised the glass transition temperature of nanohybrids significantly and so did the thermal resistance. The storage modulus increased dramatically in glass transition region , and increased with the amount of A-POSS, but the loss factor decreased simutaneously.
