季铵型阴离子交换纤维的制备及其吸附性能研究

     

摘要

An alkali fiber prepared from cotton fiber after alkali and ageing treatment reacted with a crosslinking agent of 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate to obtain an intermediate which was grafted with 3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride to produce a quaternary ammonium anion-exchange fiber. The product structure was characterized by infrared spectrome-try. The exchange capacity was measured. The adsorption isotherms of the fiber for Na2SO4 in aqueous solution were drawn and fitted and analyzed with Freundlich adsorption isotherm equation. The results showed that the exchange capacity of quaternary ammonium anion-exchange fiber reached 5.70 mmol/g, the adsorption saturation can be achieved in 12 min, and the characteristic adsorption behavior was coincident with Freundlich's equation.%将棉纤维进行碱化、老化处理,所得的碱纤维与交联剂4,4 ′-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯反应制得中间产物,再与3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵接枝反应得到季铵型阴离子交换纤维;利用红外光谱分析对产品的结构进行表征,测定其交换容量,并作出其对水溶液中Na2SO4的吸附等温线,用Freundlich吸附等温方程对吸附等温线进行拟合和分析.结果表明:季铵型阴离子交换纤维交换容量达5.70 mmol/g,12 min后基本达到吸附平衡,其吸附行为符合Freundlich经验等温模型.
