无搭接环形橡胶履带硫化设备锁模机构的参数优化设计分析

     

摘要

The parametric design optimization of the locking mechanism of the vulcanizing device for non-overlapping annular rubber track was investigated and main work was the parameter optimization of locking mechanism base.The base was made from welding structural steel.The thickness of base steel plate,connection parameters of steel plates,and base height were optimized by ANSYS Workbench.With the parametric optimization,the structural stress met the technical requirement,the base weight was reduced,and the design efficiency was improved.%无搭接环形橡胶履带硫化设备锁模机构的参数优化设计分析主要体现在锁模机构基座的参数优化.基座由结构钢焊接而成,通过ANSYS Workbench对基座钢板的厚度、钢板连接参数及基座的高度进行优化,在满足应力要求的前提下减小了整个基座的质量,提高了设计效率.
