厌氧折流板反应器对剧毒有机物适应性研究

         

摘要

研究了在低温条件下采用厌氧折流板反应器(ABR)对污水进行酸化预处理。当系统受到含硝基苯废水的冲击时,通过微生物INT脱氢酶活性(INT-DHA)和出水COD变化表征系统恢复的进程。试验结果表明:在水温为5~10℃,水力停留时间(HRT)为3 h 条件下,连续3天同时向单侧和分区进水ABR中投加含硝基苯0.48 mg/L的污水,表现为酸化菌INT-DHA以及反应器出水COD浓度同步下降。但历经3周后,两反应器的性能基本恢复正常,表明低温条件下硝基苯对酸化菌活性以及系统的性能产生不利影响,但ABR反应器具有一定的抗短期硝基苯冲击能力,分区进水ABR的性能更优。%The research adopted split feed anaerobic baffled reactor (SFABR) to deal with nitrobenzene wastewater under low temperature, and taking the change of INT-DHA and COD as the characterization of recovering process of the system. The experiment results showed that if the nitrobenzene wastewater (0.48 mg/L) was added into the experiment device three times continuously, the performance of the two anaerobic baffled reactors is decreasing and is back to natural three weeks later. This proved that the ABR is highly adapted to nitrobenzene wastewater, especially split feed ABR has better performance.
