为了提高金属回收率,减少尾矿排放量,探索了从微细粒尾矿中选出磁性矿,研究了尾矿性质,开展了尾矿弱磁选试验和强磁螺旋溜槽试验。根据试验结果进行技术经济分析,采用4台直径1500×4500顺流型筒式磁选机对尾矿进行粗选和扫选,每年可选出铁品位56.5%的铁精矿18750 t,经济效益显著。%In order to improve the resource utilization rate and reduce the tailings discharge, concentrating magnetic mineral from small granularity tailings has been researched. The tailings features was studied fully. The low intensity magnetic separation and high intensity magnetic separation-spiral chute have been carried out. In view of the experimental result, technology and economical analysis has been accomplished. Four sets of φ1 500×4 500 mm drum magnetic separators were installed, the iron concentrate with 56.5% of iron grade can be obtained a year and have good economic benefits with the process of primary separation and secondary separation for the tailings.
