深圳市生活垃圾处理监管现状与对策研究

摘要

介绍了深圳市生活垃圾处理监管运营现状，分析了现有垃圾处理监管模式及在实施过程中存在的问题。借鉴国内外监管经验，提出了适合深圳市生活垃圾处理设施的监管对策，即应完善监管机构，提升监管能力；综合运用多种手段，强化监管力度；推进运行保障系统，提高公众环保意识，保证依法监管。%The operation of the Shenzhen domestic waste regulation was introduced, and the supervision model and the existing problems in the implementation of domestic waste treatment regulation were analyzed. Based on the learning from the experience of regulation from home and abroad, some countermeasures for systematic supervision of domestic waste disposal facilities adapted to Shenzhen were put forward, including improving the regulatory agencies to enhance regulatory capacity, using various means comprehensively to strengthen supervision, propulsion operations support systems to raise public awareness of environmental protection and ensuring supervision according to law.
